1. Physician/Doctoral Member
Licensed physicians (MD, DO, equivalent), dentists, pharmacists (PharmD), veterinary doctor and doctoral-level scientists (PhD or equivalent) practicing or working in healthcare or health-related research, typically of Polish heritage or demonstrably committed to Polish-American healthcare collaboration. These members pay dues, have the right to attend meetings and events, and may serve on committees, and have voting rights and can hold elected office.

2. Advanced Practice & Licensed Professional Member
Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, midwives, psychologists, physical/occupational therapists, and other licensed healthcare professionals. These members pay dues, have the right to attend meetings and events, and may serve on committees, have voting right and can hold elected office.

3. Resident/Fellow Member
Physicians in residency or fellowship training programs, and post-doctoral research fellows. These members pay dues, have the right to attend meetings and events, and may serve on committees, but do not vote or hold elected office unless separately appointed to a Board role.

Individuals enrolled in medical, dental, pharmacy, nursing, PA, NP, allied health, public health, or related graduate/undergraduate programs. These members pay dues, have the right to attend meetings and events, and may serve on committees, but do not vote or hold elected office unless separately appointed to a Board role.

5. Scientific/Academic Member (Non-Clinical)
Non-clinical scientists, public health researchers, policy experts, healthcare administrators, and educators engaged in healthcare or related fields. These members pay dues, have the right to attend meetings and events, and may serve on committees, have voting right and can hold elected office.

6. Honorary Member (as selected by the Board)
Individual(s) who support the mission of PAMS. May attend meetings and events, but do not serve on committees, and do not vote or hold elected office unless separately appointed to a Board role.
